Airtel, the fastest network

Yesterday, I had a conversation with my neighbour, Mrs.Deshmukh.

Mrs. Deshmukh: My internet network is so slow. I am downloading this app Whatsapp on my mobile and it is taking so long. I want to be on Whatsapp with my friends and family.

Me: Why don’t you try Airtel? Airtel has launched its 4G services in over 296 cities across India. It is the first telecom operator to launch next-generation mobile internet technology. With 4G, you can download movies and low-resolution video streams at unbelievable speeds. You get same data benefits as your 3G pack and enjoy 4G speeds at no extra cost. http://www.airtel.in/4g/.

Mrs. DeshmukhWow, that is wonderful. What is 4G?

Me:  4G is the fourth generation standard for mobile communication. A successor to 3G, 4G technology offers ultra-fast broadband Internet with higher data transfer speeds and improved services. Also referred to as LTE (Long Term Evolution), Airtel network is equipped to offer max speeds of up to 45 Mbps (megabits/seconds). With such high download speeds, users can enjoy zero buffering while streaming high-definition videos. Also, a 1GB file would take roughly about three minutes to download. But of course, these are peak speeds.

Me: I have an Airtel 3G SIM. Airtel is giving free 4G SIM to whoever has it. I have tweeted #GetAirtel4G. Airtel shall send me free home delivery of 4G SIM. As an introductory offer, Airtel is offering its 4G services at the cost of 3G. Once the Airtel 4G SIM card gets activated, you can subscribe to the 4G data services right away and experience high-speed internet connectivity and download speeds.

Mrs. Deshmukh: Oh, that is nice to know. Sunil, my son has an Airtel SIM. I shall ask him to do the same. But, how to upgrade my old SIM to Airtel 4G?

Me: Airtel has launched a dedicated website where you can check if your number is eligible for the 4G upgrade. If yes, you can request for a free 4G SIM right way, which will be delivered at your doorstep within four hours.

Visit the dedicated Airtel page http://www.airtel.in/4g/and enter your Airtel contact number. If it shows that your number is eligible for the 4G upgrade, click on next and fill in the required details. Depending on the availability and your locality, the new 4G enabled SIM card will be delivered to your doorstep within four hours, or on the next day.

  • Once you have the SIM card, you will have to text the 20-digit SIM number to 121. It will ask you to confirm SIM number change, just select 1 to confirm and within the next one hour, your new 4G enabled SIM card will get activated.
  • Insert the new SIM card in your handset and you shall get a welcome message along with Internet settings.
  • Once all this is done, just make the top-up data refill (on prepaid) and you’re good to go and use the high-speed 4G services.

Mrs Deshmukh: I will upgrade to Airtel 4G today and download apps faster.

Mrs Deshmukh has decided to upgrade to Airtel 4G, the fastest network, so what are you waiting for?

Dabur Honey Diet for healthy you!

A sweet food made by bees using nectar from flowers. The bees convert the nectar into this sweet food by a process of regurgitation and evaporation. This food is then stored in their combs inside the beehive. These combs are removed from the hive and this sweet food is extracted from them by humans.

As an excellent natural home remedy for obesity, it mobilizes the extra fat deposited in the body to be utilized for normal functions of the body. In the process, it purifies the blood. So, what is this ingredient or remedy that I am referring to here? Well, it is honey.

Glowing and radiant skin with Gram flour.

Everybody desires to have a radiant skin and is not gender specific. There are many products available in the market that vouch to give you glowing and radiant skin but not all of them give desired results. Here are some natural therapies that you can try out at home which my grandmother suggested to me as a child:-

Gram Flour (Besan) for skin

Gram flour is an easily available ingredient in Indian kitchens and is used in cooking for many delicious recipes. Popularly known as chickpeas flour, besan, cici flour or garbanzo bean flour, gram flour is a type of flour obtained from grinding chickpeas.

Gram flour combats the relapse of acne: Gram flour’s exfoliating properties keep acne at bay. Here is a natural pack that you can make:-
a pinch of turmeric powder one teaspoon of raw milk.
Two teaspoons of sandalwood powder.
Two teaspoons of gram flour.
Apply it to the affected areas of the skin and allow it to dry.
Wash with cool water.

Pack for oily skin:

If you have oily skin, chickpeas flour absorbs the excess oil from the skin and regulates the secretion of natural skin oils.
Mix chickpeas flour and rose-water. Alternatively, you can beat an egg white and add two tablespoons of gram flour to it.
This mask should be kept on an oily skin for 15 minutes and then washed off with cold water.

Pack for dry skin:

Dry skin needs consistent hydration and nourishment to keep it healthy and glowing.
Make a paste of gram flour and olive oil and gently massage your dry skin with this paste on a regular basis. Results can be noticed after a week.

Gram flour pack for combination skin:

People with combination skin have trouble using products since the ones meant for oily skin tend to dry out their skin, whereas the ones meant for dry skin are too greasy. Such people also tend to suffer from unmanageable blackheads and whiteheads.
Make a paste of ½ teaspoon fenugreek powder.
Two teaspoons of gram flour.
Spread over this paste to the areas affected by the oiliness of skin and the manifestation of blackheads and whiteheads.
Gently scrub to dislodge them from the skin.
Wash off with cold water.

On a regular usage of this gram flour face pack, blackheads, and whiteheads do not recur. Keep your gorgeous face glowing by using this regularly.

Ayurveda has several benefits over cosmetic facial cleansing systems. It improves the texture and health of the skin as compared to the unsafe cosmetic ones. Ayurvedic formula along with the microbicide properties of turmeric prevents oily skin, fights pimples and clears blackheads.

Vicco Laboratories has launched VICCO Turmeric Cream with foam base to tackle these skin problems. Over the years, Vicco has made its niche in Ayurveda. It is a handy cream that could be taken along with you while traveling. #ComeCloser to Radiant Skin, the natural way.

So, don’t forget to carry this handy cream pack on your next travel trip.
